A Paul Brodie Update Framebuilding 101 - Fillet Brazing

Course #005 is underway. I fillet brazed a "baby frame" to show students, and that was a fun project.. (see below)

The April course (recently announced..) is not full, while the May course is sold out.

I'm working on the 1888 Whippet FS bicycle, and this is the upper headtube  (there are two..)   right after brazing >

After using a high speed grinder with a spiral roll, a 1/4" beltsander, and some 80 grit emery by hand, this is the result >
