How to Test a Commuter? Put Goliath NFL/CFL Star Daved Benefield on it!

When it comes to testing mountain bikes, you put it through rigorous testing on the mountain.  When it comes to testing commuter bikes though, how much rigorous testing can you do on primarily on flat surfaces? Not a whole lot....  Therefore we decided to bring in the big guns and put Ex-NFL/CFL all-star Daved Benefield on a few different bikes to test.  At 6'4 and 245 pounds putting the bikes to the test will be an understatement! For those who don't know his history, Daved played for the Ottawa Rough Riders, BC Lions, Winnipeg Blue Bombers, Saskatchewan Roughriders and the San Francisco 49ers (NFL).  He also played in the CFL All-Star 1994/1999/2003.
