The Brodie Bell Horn

The average Vancouverite spends 50 hours per year stuck in traffic. Car horns are as irritating as rush hour traffic and in anenvironment surrounded by both, you can see why so many drivers are so angry. But what if a car horn didn’t have to sound like a car horn? Brodie Bikes conducted a quirky experiment to see if they could make a car as fun as a bike. The idea? Take the world’s favourite electric car and modify the horn to sound exactly like a bicycle bell.

The result? They learned we’d all probably enjoy driving a little more if we drove electric cars with bike bells for car horns. And if people can’t do that, maybe they should ride a bike more often.
